Welcome to “Ausseer Horst” – your cozy retreat in the heart of Bad Aussee, the geographical center of Austria. Located at Kirchengasse 162, this charming apartment combines the flair of a traditional Austrian town with the tranquility of the Styrian Salzkammergut region.
With approximately 30 m² of living space, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests. The open-plan living and sleeping area features a comfortable double bed (160 cm), a sofa bed, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine – perfect for relaxing holidays in Bad Aussee. The bathroom includes a practical shower-bathtub combination, ideal for unwinding after an active day in the mountains. A TV is also provided for your convenience.
A special highlight is the approximately 9 m² balcony, the perfect place to enjoy the fresh Aussee mountain air and end the day in a relaxed atmosphere. Sports equipment can be stored in a private basement compartment, and a dedicated ski room is also available. A parking space in the courtyard may be used subject to availability.
The apartment intentionally does not offer Wi-Fi, allowing you to fully disconnect and immerse yourself in the stunning mountain scenery, nature, and unique atmosphere of the Ausseerland region.
Thanks to its central location, cafés, restaurants, shops, and the most beautiful spots in Bad Aussee are all within easy walking distance. At the same time, numerous hiking areas, lakes, and ski resorts in the Ausseerland and Dachstein-Salzkammergut region can be reached within just a few minutes.
