The approximately 65 m² apartment is easily accessible by elevator and accommodates up to four guests. The separate bedroom features a comfortable 160 cm double bed, while the open-plan living and dining area offers an additional double sofa bed. The bright living area is air-conditioned and equipped with a Smart TV and exceptionally fast internet of up to 500 Mbps – ideal for streaming, longer stays or working remotely with a sea view.

The fully equipped kitchenette includes an oven, electric stovetop, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a large fridge-freezer. The dining table comfortably seats four people, making it perfect for a relaxed breakfast, dinner together or a glass of wine after an eventful day. The modern bathroom features a shower, bidet, toilet and washing machine. A spacious wardrobe provides plenty of storage, even for longer stays.

The furnished balcony with a table and four chairs is the heart of the apartment. Start your morning with a coffee above the city rooftops or watch the harbor lights come on as ferries slowly sail out towards the open Adriatic Sea. From here, you can experience Durrës from a truly special perspective.

The apartment is located on Rruga Dalip Peza, making it an ideal base for exploring Durrës on foot. The long sandy beach and the popular Vollga promenade are both approximately a 15-minute walk away. The lively city center with its shops, cafés and restaurants is also within easy walking distance. Numerous welcoming cafés, highly rated restaurants, supermarkets and a green park can be found directly outside the building and throughout the surrounding area. Durrës combines relaxed beach life with Mediterranean city culture and thousands of years of history. Sights such as the Roman Amphitheatre, the Venetian Tower and the historic old town can easily be discovered during a walk along the coast.

Public parking is available in front of the building, subject to availability. Tirana International Airport can be reached by car in approximately 30 minutes, while Albania’s vibrant capital is also ideal for a day trip. A new railway connection currently under construction is expected to link Durrës directly with Tirana and the international airport in the future.
