The apartment accommodates up to four guests and features a cozy bedroom with a comfortable 180 cm double bed as well as a bunk bed with two 90 cm beds – perfect for families or friends. The sunny terrace invites you to start your day with fresh mountain air or unwind in the evening surrounded by nature.
A true highlight for families: children can play, explore, and enjoy the outdoors freely, while a swing adds even more fun to their stay. The natural setting turns every day into a little adventure.

In our apartment “apart.HAUS Apartment 1” in Haus im Ennstal (located in the middle of the Schladming-Dachstein region) the motto is: “Arrive and feel good”. The apartment is located on the ground floor, offers space for up to 4 people and has 2 separate bedrooms with double beds (each with flat screen TV). The fully equipped kitchen includes a cozy dining area. The bathroom has a large shower and WC. There is free WiFi throughout the apartment.
There is also direct access to the countryside: a large terrace with dining area, which you can reach directly from the apartment, and a huge garden with barbecue facilities invite you to relax. Our apartment is dog-friendly, so your pet can let off steam in the garden.
There is no quicker way to reach the ski slopes in winter: The valley station of the Hauser Kaibling gondola lift is just 100 meters away. So nothing stands in the way of unlimited fun on the slopes in winter. Alternatives to alpine winter sports are also on offer here: Winter hiking, curling, horse-drawn sleigh rides or tobogganing (Hochwurzen or Galsterbergalm). We can warmly recommend the Nordic center Ramsau am Dachstein to all cross-country skiers - this is only about 15 minutes by car from our house.
Nestled between the Schladminger Tauern and the Dachstein massif, our vacation apartment is the ideal starting point in summer for hikes, mountain and mountain bike tours with refreshment stops in rustic alpine pastures and mountain huts. There is plenty of fun and variety to be had in the outdoor pools and swimming lakes, leisure facilities, museums and excursion destinations throughout the region. As you can see, a summer vacation in Europe's most beautiful flower village - Haus im Ennstal - is never boring.
Variety in leisure activities is guaranteed. In winter we recommend the artificial ice rink on the Schlossplatz. In summer there is a pit-pat facility - fun for the whole family. The Haus outdoor adventure pool is also within walking distance. For families with smaller children, we recommend the spacious children's playground in the immediate vicinity of our apartment (approx. 2 minutes' walk).
Bed linen and bath towels are included in your stay.
Just a few meters from the village center, you can reach numerous restaurants and inns, the local bakery and local sports stores from our apartment. The supermarket is a 10-minute walk away.
