A fully equipped kitchen with a cozy dining area, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, TV, radio, and free Wi-Fi ensure a comfortable stay. From the balcony, you can enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding meadows and the impressive mountain scenery.
A free parking space is available directly in front of the building.

Guests receive fresh milk daily, and children especially love visiting the barn with calves, cats, chickens, and rabbits—an authentic farm experience included.
In winter, the ski paradise is almost at your doorstep: the Hauser Kaibling, the eastern entry point to the Schladming 4-Mountain Ski Area, can be reached in just two minutes by car. A ski bus stop is only a three-minute walk away.
A private ski storage room with ski boot warmers is also available for your equipment.
Beyond the slopes, you can enjoy a wide range of winter activities such as tobogganing, horse-drawn sleigh rides, winter hiking, or cross-country skiing in Ramsau am Dachstein.
