With a generous living space of 200 m², the chalet comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. Newly built, it combines stylish comfort with alpine charm. Designed with great attention to detail and using high-quality natural materials such as reclaimed wood, natural stone, and loden, it creates a warm and authentic atmosphere of tranquility and well-being.
The open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy tiled stove (Kachelofen) is perfect for spending memorable moments with family and friends. For relaxation, a private sauna house with its own shower and toilet is available. During the warmer months, the large terrace and adjacent garden invite you to enjoy relaxed barbecue evenings, while children can play on the private playground, try slacklining, play football, or explore the small nearby stream. A stroller-friendly forest path leads to a charming Kneipp facility within just a few minutes.
In winter, you benefit from the ideal location close to the valley station of the Hauser Kaibling, with direct access to the 4-Mountain Ski Area. A ski bus stop is located only about 50 meters from the chalet. In summer, the chalet is the perfect starting point for hiking, cycling, and excursions into the impressive mountain landscape of the Schladming-Dachstein. The **Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card** is included in your stay, offering numerous free experiences and discounts.
The chalet features four lovingly furnished bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, a TV in every room, free Wi-Fi, as well as a washing machine and dryer. For your sports equipment, a ski room with ski boot heating is available. Directly at the house, you will find a carport for two vehicles, additional parking spaces, and an e-charging station for your electric car (for an extra charge). The ground floor is barrier-free.
