Welcome to d'Genussalm – Hauser Kaibling Apartment 1, your alpine retreat directly on the ski slopes in the Schladming-Dachstein Region. This 70 m² apartment accommodates up to 7 guests and combines cozy comfort with an exceptional location right in the heart of the ski area.
The apartment features two bedrooms with a well-designed layout: one bedroom with a double bed (180 cm) and a second bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, and a bunk bed – ideal for families or smaller groups.
In addition to one bathroom and a separate toilet, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Directly below the apartment is the popular d'Genussalm mountain hut with its restaurant and sun terrace, and a small on-site shop is also available for your convenience.
During winter, the apartment can only be reached by ski – the slope runs directly past the front door, offering a true ski-in / ski-out experience.
