Welcome to Haus Karner – Ski & Mountain Home by myNests, your cosy holiday retreat in a beautiful mountain setting at Hauser Kaibling! Surrounded by the breathtaking alpine scenery of the Schladming-Dachstein region, this charming, traditional holiday home offers plenty of space, a welcoming atmosphere and the perfect setting for unforgettable moments with family and friends.
With approximately 130 m² of living space, the holiday home comfortably accommodates 8 guests, with room for up to 10 people. Four inviting bedrooms, each featuring a double bed, as well as an additional double sofa bed, provide restful nights after exciting days in the mountains. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, together with three toilets, ensure convenience for larger groups. The entire holiday home and its approximately 620 m² property are exclusively yours throughout your stay.
Haus Karner offers the authentic charm of a traditional Austrian mountain home. The cosy living room is the perfect place to gather, share stories, play games or simply unwind after a day of adventure. The kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals together, including a Philips Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave. A washing machine is also available. During the warmer months, the terrace with outdoor furniture invites you to enjoy peaceful moments surrounded by fresh mountain air.
One of the greatest highlights is the fantastic location for skiing enthusiasts. The Höfi Express ski lift at Hauser Kaibling is just a short walk uphill from the house, offering easy access to the famous Schladming 4-Mountain Ski Area. After a wonderful day on the slopes, you can ski down to approximately 50 metres from your holiday home. A dedicated storage room in the garage provides convenient space for your skis and bicycles.
In summer, Haus Karner becomes an ideal starting point for exploring the magnificent Schladming-Dachstein region. Discover scenic hiking trails, exciting mountain bike routes and spectacular alpine landscapes around Hauser Kaibling. Spend sunny afternoons relaxing on the terrace, let the children enjoy the garden or simply take time to reconnect with your loved ones. Your four-legged family members are welcome too!
